My heartfelt condolences go out to Mathilde (DeCagny) & Michael Halberg on the loss of Enzo, their 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier. Enzo’s father was Moose, who played Eddie for many years on the famed television sitcom Frasier. Mathilde used Enzo to play Eddie for the last few years of the show after she retired Moose. Enzo & Moose both played “Skip” in the movie “My Dog Skip”, starring Frankie Muniz. Enzo was young Skip, and Moose was old Skip. Moose passed away in 2006 at almost 16 years of age.
Enzo was a very good friend to Mathilde. He taught her a lot over the years and was a very dependable dog. In our Doggie Dish interview with Mathilde she said he as been the best all around dog she’s ever had; he could do it all. He never needed a stand in because his work ethic was so great, he just loved it so much. (that is a 2 part, very entertaining interview you can find on the podcast page)
To Enzo, Mathilde & Michael with love.
